1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, used innerwear cannot be returned.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos/videos as proof.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refund will be credited to your original payment method or bank account.
4. Exchange Option
Size exchange is allowed (subject to availability).
Customer may need to bear return shipping cost for exchanges.
